Terms and Conditions
Brambells Glamping , also referred to as “Brambells ” or “Brambells camping”, “the company” or “us”) reserves the right to change this website, including prices, and terms and conditions, without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite, cancel bookings, or instruct people to leave the campsite, for any reason (for example due to inappropriate behavior, dangerous weather or site conditions)
Use of the Brambells glamping website constitutes acceptance of the company’s Terms and Conditions. We will always ask you to read the terms and conditions before confirming your stay, and by placing a deposit you confirm you have done so.
Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us.
We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.
To secure your booking full payment must be made upon booking. Confirmation of the booking will be sent after full payment, has been received.
Until full payment is received Brambells reserves the right to re-let the tents.
The person booking, where they are booking on behalf of other people, is responsible for disseminating the appropriate information to those persons that we send them. For example, these Terms and Conditions, directions, and to ensure all members of the party are fully aware of the nature of the campsite, the facilities, the grounds, the service we offer and any appropriate clothing and footwear they will require.
Bookings are non refundable. They can be held over to a date, subject to availability, later in the year or following year.
If you change to another date for which a higher sum is charged, you will need to pay the difference at the time of change.
Any cancellation or change must be confirmed by email, by the person who made the booking.
We strongly advise visitors to take out full holiday insurance to cover cancellations, public liability, personal belongings, loss etc.
In the event that we need to cancel your holiday we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all money paid to us, by you, within 14 days. (Updated March 2020 ) Brambells Glamping Site are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Brambells glamping is a family friendly, peaceful and tranquil campsite set in the Buildings farm grounds and surrounded by wildlife such as Barn Owlls, Deer, Dragonfly’s ,Foxes and many more. As such we ask that all guests of Brambells respect the grounds and countryside we are located in. No cars are allowed on the main camping field but you will be able to park in the adjacent car park. Wheelbarrows will be provided to help you move you belongings to your tent. Fires are allowed on site in designated areas outside of your tents. We would ask you to refrain from firework displays and the use of Chinese lanterns as these pose a risk to wildlife.
Brambells operate a low noise policy after 10:00pm, and would appreciate your compliance in this matter.
Please inform us during your stay of any accidental damage, so we can identify it as not malicious and replace it for you.
For any booking made by staff on your behalf on the booking system, or any other way, that you have requested or agreed (and in coming to the camp it is deemed you had requested or agreed) it is deemed that in so doing and coming to the camp, you accept the terms and conditions.
Arrival and Departure Times
Tents are generally ready by 1 pm so we ask for arrivals after this time Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. We will make every effort to greet you on arrival, but in the event we are called away all guests will be provided by email with a map of the site showing you how to find your tent and the facilities. In this event we will make every effort to greet you asap.
Guests are requested to vacate their tents by 10.00am on day of departure.
Your visit to the Campsite and grounds
Guests and visitors agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the tents and facilities during their stay. Guests and visitors agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests. No pets are allowed at the campsite (due to wildlife and conservation). Should any facilities, equipment, or inventory, be damaged willfully, as a result of inappropriate usage or behavior, or a as a direct result of failing to respond to instructions from staff you will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of that item. The company cannot accept responsibility from any loss, damage, or expense arising from industrial action, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions or any other event outside the control of the company.
Brambells is a back to nature campsite and as such there are natural hazards, such as ponds, tree roots, poisonous plants, and extremely limited lighting after dark, and depending upon weather conditions, cold, wet and slippery surfaces. Throughout the year, your tent, although cosy and dry, may also become home for the short term to some of our other residents such as insects, spiders, frogs, mice etc. Please remember they were here first and be kind to them.
By booking you agree to be responsible for your children and any dependents of children you are in charge of, and your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to the woodland, facilities and tents, such as regarding litter, fire, noise after 10.00pm.
Anything you bring to the campsite or wider woodland and any damage or loss to your possessions is at your own risk. Candles and tea lights that are used in the tents must be within the candle holders and containers when alight. The Company accepts no responsibility from any loss or injury arising from being in the campsite or wider woodland (known as Brambells @ Buildings farm. By booking, and acknowledging these Terms and Conditions, you are aware of the risks, hazards, and dangers of personal injury in entering the campsite and woodland. (For example, the woodland contains deadly poisonous mushrooms, toadstools, and fungi.).
Camping in Britain can mean unpredictable weather. Whilst we supply certain facilities and equipment, it is still camping and you are responsible for your own well being and comfort regarding appropriate clothing and footwear etc. Be aware the tents are cotton canvas and in prolonged and heavy rain the tents may leak. Brambells Glamping cannot be held responsible for poor weather conditions during your stay.

Health and Safety
We want you to enjoy your time at Brambells Glamping. On arrival you will find an information pack in your tent containing safety information as well as lots of maps, leaflets and tips for things to do on your stay! facility. A disclaimer will need to be signed for each, to state you have been shown the safe usage of the equipment.
Guests using any partner companies for services such as bike hire, catering etc are bound by the terms and conditions of those companies.
In the first instance of a complaint, please tell a member of staff at the campsite so we can resolve your problem.

Please note, complaints received after your stay cannot be reliably investigated and therefore most difficult to resolve. Also bringing any issues to our attention allows staff to seek to remedy it as quickly as possible and lessen any adverse impact on your stay.
